Extras

To accommodate the teams better PORTUGAL MTB provide a set of extras, allowing the teams to enjoy fully and worry just with the competition and the race.
The intention is to secure a range of services adapted to the reality of a stage race. The extras are subdivided in different categories.
The price of each extra is assigned in the respective extra área and this amount add on to the price of the pack chosen by you.
The PORTUGAL MTB organization also provide some services related to team companions. Children until the age of 5 years do not represent a any additional expense. Children between the age of 6 to 12 years old pay 50% of the total ammount of the requested extra. Onwards 12 years old the whole ammount of the requested extra will be paid in full.

The extras can be requested till March 20th for the Accommodations. The remaining extras can only be request at most March 31th. After April 1st any extra will available except for the Massages and Bike Wash Service + Mechanical Service (check in Event Services) that can be requested during the event week upon availability from the Massage and Mechanical Teams.

ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Extra night ( April 26th to April 27th ) 35,00€/person
  • Extra night ( May 2th to 3th ) - 35,00€/person
  • Additional Bed ( additional bed in the same room of the team for April 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and May 1st 2020 including breakfast for April 28th, 29th, 30th, May 1st and 2nd 2020 ) - 170,00€/person
  • Extra Room ( Hotel Accommodation April 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and May 1st 2020 including breakfast for April 28th, 29th, 30th, May 1st and 2nd 2020 ) for 2 persons - 395,00€

TRANSFERS / SHUTTLE

  • Airport/Hotel Shuttle (April 26th 2020 – 2:00 PM) - 55,00€/person
  • Airport/Hotel Shuttle (April 26th 2020 – 9:00 PM) - 55,00€/person
  • Hotel/Airport Shuttle (May 3th 2020 – 00:00 AM) - 55,00€/person
  • Hotel/Airport Shuttle (May 3th 2020 – 8:00 AM) - 55,00€/person
  • Particular Transfer (Request Price Quotation)

There will be only available transfers/shuttle from OPORTO Airport. Transfers/Shuttle from LISBON Airport are not available.

MEALS

  • Dinner Pack (5 UNITS)

    • Pack Price - 72,50 Euros / person
    • Dinner on: April 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th May 1st 2020
    • Dinner is served on the official hotels of the event in Buffet.

EVENT SERVICES

  • Massages (20 Minutes Session) PACK 4 (UNITS) MASSAGES - 80,00€/athlete

    • The massages can be acquired, prior to the event, in the package form (4 sessions) to use in the days (during the event week) at the athlete’s choice. The massages (day and time of the day) must be schedule with the massage’s team of PORTUGAL MTB during the event week. The appointment of massage schedule, with the Massage’s team, is the athlete’s responsibility.


  • Massages (20 Minutes Session) (UNIT) - 25,00€/athlete

    • The athlete can also request and schedule massages during the days of the event, with the PORTUGAL MTB Massage’s team.
    The unit cost of each massage requested directly with the Massage’s team during the event week is 25 € per athlete/person.


    The massage pack is only available for acquire prior to the event.
    The massages sessions (1 unit) are only possible during the week of the event.


  • Bike Wash Service + Mechanical Service (Bike Wash; Bike Lubricate; Bike Tuning) PACK 4 (UNITS) - 55,00€/ athlete

    • The Bike Wash Service + Mechanical Service (Bike Wash; Bike Lubricate; Bike Tuning) can be acquired, prior to the event, in the package form (4 units) to use in the days (during the event week) at the athlete’s choice. This service (day and time of the day) must be schedule with the Mechanical’s team of PORTUGAL MTB during the event week. The appointment of this service schedule, with the Mechanical’s team, is the athlete’s responsibility.


  • Bike Wash Service + Mechanical Service (Bike Wash; Bike Lubricate; Bike Tuning) (UNIT) - 15,00€/ athlete

    • The athlete can also request and schedule the Bike Wash Service + Mechanical Service (Bike Wash; Bike Lubricate; Bike Tuning) during the days of the event, with the PORTUGAL MTB Mechanical’s team.
    The unit cost of each day/unit requested directly with the Mechanical’s team during the event week is 15,00 € per athlete/person.


    The Bike Wash Service + Mechanical Service (Bike Wash; Bike Lubricate; Bike Tuning) pack is only available for acquire prior to the event.
    The Bike Wash Service + Mechanical Service (Bike Wash; Bike Lubricate; Bike Tuning) (1 unit) are only possible during the week of the event.


    The Parts/Pieces associated to repairs will be paid as an extra charge.
